Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

a) Access to the website

When you access this website https://bandonionfabrik.de, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

 

- IP address of the requesting computer,

- Date and time of access,

- Name and URL of the file accessed,

- Website from which the access is made (referrer URL),

- browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

 

The aforementioned data are processed by us for the following purposes:

b) Contact form

Visitors can contact us via a form provided on the website. In doing so, it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know from whom the request originates and so that we can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is based on your voluntarily given consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted as soon as the request is completed and there are no reasons for further storage.

 

c) Collection, processing, use and processing of personal data for orders

When ordering, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment and processing of your order and to process your requests. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide it will result in no contract being concluded. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. d) Use of plugins and tools

Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and an easy location of the places indicated by us on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO.

Social Plugins

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") of various social networks such as Facebook.com, Twitter.com, Google+ or YouTube. These plugins can be recognized by the respective logo in the network. We use a 2-click solution, so that no data transmission takes place when you simply visit the website. Only when you click on such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the respective network. The content of the plugin is transmitted by the network directly to your browser and integrated by it into the website.

 

Insofar as these networks are located outside the EU/EEA, we can therefore not exclude that your data is transmitted to a server outside the EU/EEA and processed there. We have no influence on the scope of the data that the respective network collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating the plugin, the respective network receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website. - in the event that the disclosure is required by Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO a legal obligation exists, as well as

- this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

 

Cookies

So-called cookies are used on the website. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) as soon as you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device. They do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific end device used. - pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, to demand the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without undue delay;

- pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims;

- pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO,

- in accordance with Art 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;

- in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing, which was based on this consent, for the future; and

- complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters for this purpose.

 

Right to object to the processing of personal data

Insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 (1) sentence i. letter f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 DSGVO, insofar as there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
